Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage data center operations and IP address block allocation.
- Manage network and server infrastructure, including antivirus, firewall, anti-spam/spyware, and backups. Also, manage IT software and applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Document IT processes and procedures.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
- Design and support network security at the WAN and LAN.
- Troubleshoot access and communication issues in a variety of environments.
- NMS and network design.
- Configure and maintain Layer2/3 Switches, Routers, address management, Network Security, IPS/IDS, Server; Link load balancers, DDOS.
- Firewall Appliances, VPN Gateways, IPsec, SSL.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience directly related to role responsibilities or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be experienced in configuring and troubleshooting IPSec VPN tunnels.
- Must be hands-on with Mikrotik and FortiGate firewall.
- Installing Ethernet networks and responding to client IT support requests.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Bonus points for experience with MongoDB, MariaDB, Grafana, and Linux system administration.
- Ensure day-to-day maintenance tasks are performed, backups, monitoring systems, and reporting functions.
