Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary in Lahore for a renowned Insurance company. The Secretary will be responsible for performing standard clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Clerical Skills, including data entry, faxing, filing, and handling phone calls and emails
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
- Knowledge of Company Secretarial Work, including filing documents, maintaining records, and preparing legal documentation
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging travel
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including managing customer inquiries and providing prompt responses
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
