Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for an Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. The Assistant will organize and schedule appointments, manage databases and filing systems, handle phone calls and email correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office-related computer software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and requests
- Highly adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
