Job Description
A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. They assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products or services. They must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and addressing their concerns or inquiries
- Providing detailed information about products or services
- Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the appropriate department
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Upselling additional products or services where applicable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
