Job Description
Are you a night owl with exceptional customer service skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in the apparel industry? First Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team during the late-night shift.
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PK Time)
Salary Range: Up to 100,00 PKR
Location: DHA PHASE 6, Raya Commercial, Lahore, Pakistan (Offshore)

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent.
