Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office operations by organizing office procedures, preparing payrolls, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning duties to clerical staff. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lahore, Pakistan, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and other office software
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
