Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog
- Coordinating with other business units to plan and interpret project information
- Establishing project governance structure within the client’s ecosystem
- Providing overall progress and health updates of projects
- Monitoring the status of milestones and deliverables across the project
- Identifying project risks and progress on mitigating them
- Maintaining an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog
- Creating visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
- Attending meetings with C-level stakeholders to provide progress and updates
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with clients to gain understanding of functional and non-functional requirements/processes and establish objectives
- Working with the design team to translate and validate technical requirements
- Collaborating with both technical and design teams on gap analysis and requirements definition
- Revising requirements, backlog complexity, and priority to support planning
- Coordinating with other business units to plan, negotiate, and interpret project information
- Aligning remote teams, different vendors, and ensuring everyone is on the same page
- Problem-solving with the client to resolve any issues impacting the project
