Role Description
- Configure, customize, and manage Salesforce systems, including user and data management, and process automation.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing.
- Customize Salesforce fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
- Design and implement process automation using workflows, process builder, and flows to streamline Sales and Marketing operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and improve business processes and ensure Salesforce meets the needs of the organization.
- Managing data imports, exports and migrations and ensuring data quality.
- Perform regular data cleansing and deduplication activities.
- Assisting users in resolving problems, training users, and providing training materials.
- Monitor security and permissions settings to ensure Salesforce data and processes are protected and secure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and terminology.
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Account engagement.
Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce administration.
