Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing & Growth. The Head of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing marketing operations, conducting market research, driving sales, and improving relations with the public. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
Qualifications:
- Market Planning and Marketing Management skills
- Experience in market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions
- Strong sales skills and experience with developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent public relations skills, including media relations and crisis management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on driving growth
