Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist for a remote position based in Pakistan. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance to our clients.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to software, hardware, and network systems. You will assist end-users in identifying and resolving technical problems, providing guidance and instructions over the phone, email, or chat. Additionally, you will document customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a strong technical background in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You should be familiar with various operating systems, software applications, and network environments. Experience in providing remote support is preferred.
