Responsibilities:

• Conduct secondary research to gather information on market trends, competitors, and target audiences, with a specific focus on the USA industry.
• Design and execute primary research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using research software and statistical methods.
• Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing research methodologies and technology trends.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing research, preferably within the USA market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research software (e.g., SPSS, SAS).
• Experience with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the USA tech industry and its major players is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
