We are looking for a Marketing Associate who shares those values and is excited about diving headfirst into the unknown. This is a support position that is ideal for a candidate that is looking to gain more hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate for this position is kind, analytical, technology savvy, eager to learn, and a fantastic communicator.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Marketing team in all aspects of day-to-day work
• Execute tasks across a wide variety of digital marketing channels and disciplines
• Build a strong understanding of our clients’ business needs, goals, and ways of measuring success
• Directly work with team members to execute on key marketing initiatives
• Learn with enthusiasm
• Take initiative to better yourself and the company

Job Qualifications:

• Intermediate understanding of digital marketing channels such as:

1. Paid and organic search
2. Paid and organic social
3. SEO
4. HubSpot

• Content creation and population (WordPress)
• Basic understanding of GA4 and Looker Studio
• Ability to use Excel and Google Sheets to synthesize and manipulate data for greater insights
• Understanding of conversation rate optimization platforms is a plus (e.g., Convert, VWO, Optimizely)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must bring positive energy to the agency day in and day out
• A genuine passion for achieving client goals and exceeding client expectations

Timings: 7 p.m – 3:30 am (Monday- Friday)
