Job Description

Ibex, a global client, is currently hiring an Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for various accounting functions, including AR, AP, cash management, payroll, and fixed assets in accordance with GAAP.

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of the Chart of Accounts to support management and external reporting.
2. Managing company-wide transaction processing.
3. Overseeing the month-end close process and driving process improvements.
4. Developing and delivering meaningful financial reporting to budget owners.
5. Assisting in the improvement and maintenance of core accounting processes and principles.
6. Building and managing an accounting team, ensuring professional growth and accountability aligned with company needs.
7. Preparing reconciliations, support schedules, and developing readiness plans for annual audits.
8. Supporting tax filing and growth requirements as new jurisdictions are added.
9. Evaluating and managing implementation of new finance technology platforms.
10. Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field is required.
• High integrity and proven performance in all essential duties/responsibilities listed above.
• Comfortable working in EST time zone (evening/night).
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrive in ever-changing environments.
• Generous with time spent building relationships with team members, partners, and customers.
• At least 5 years of accounting management experience is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
