Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager/Team Lead. The Call Center Manager/Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and overseeing contact center operations, utilizing analytical skills to monitor and improve performance, managing and motivating a team of agents and assisting in the hiring and training process, while maintaining effective communication with staff and management.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Contact Center Management skills
  • Analytical skills to monitor and improve performance
  • Team Management skills to motivate and manage a team of agents
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching agents
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in call center or customer service management is a plus.

Salary Package

  • RS:80,00 – RS:100,00 (excluding any commissions earned)
