Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems. The position is located at our office in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
- Help desk support experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
