Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing various financial consulting services, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally.
  • Based in Islamabad, you will also be responsible for managing the local teams working on various projects, and coordinate with staff, managers, and partners in other offices.
  • You’ll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, and confirm that work delivered to clients is of high quality. As part of this, you’ll anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate.
  • As an influential member of the team, you’ll help create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members while effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and grow into a senior consulting professional.

The ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • MBA from a reputable university (majors in finance), fully Qualified CA or ACCA professional.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive/self-starter and have the ability to lead teams.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and counseling experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience of dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
  • Location: Islamabad.
  • No of Posts: 1.
