Job Description

Duties:
- Process customer orders and promptly respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries and calls effectively
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Previous experience in call handling and customer service
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently
- Immediate availability

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (PKT)
Alternate Sundays: 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm (PKT)
