Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of warehouse & inventories.
• Implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize space and ensure accurate stock levels and their proper storage/stacking.
• Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all materials and equipment.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites or branches.
• Keep records of all incoming & outgoing materials (both hard & soft).
• Enforce and adhere to safety standards and protocols within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all staff follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in managing warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and warehouse efficiency.
• Provide updates to management on warehouse activities and challenges.

Requirements:

• Graduation Degree with a supply chain major from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment.
