Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Admin Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the project management team to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing project documentation, maintaining project files, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are also essential.
