Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Manager to join our team at Edtech Ventures. As the Training Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our e-learning training programs.
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design curriculum, and manage the delivery of training materials. You will also be in charge of monitoring the effectiveness of our e-learning programs and making necessary improvements to ensure optimal outcomes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external e-learning vendors
- Managing the budget for training materials and resources
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Tracking and analyzing training metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
