Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our team at CIRCLE Women Association. As the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation processes within our organization, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our programs and projects.
Your role will involve conducting regular data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve the monitoring and evaluation systems. You will work closely with project managers, program coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data collection and evaluation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects and programs
- Develop data collection tools and systems, and ensure their proper utilization
- Monitor project progress and outcomes through regular data collection and analysis
- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies for program development and enhancement
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project performance, making recommendations for corrective actions as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles and practices. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Experience in managing monitoring and evaluation systems in a similar role is highly desirable.
