Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Proctor, located in Lahore. The role involves supervising and monitoring online testing sessions, interacting with clients, and providing customer service and training to test takers as needed according to US Timings. Some work-from-home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Proctoring skills, including the ability to administer, monitor, and secure testing sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and test-takers
- Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or O Levels and A Levels.
- Experience in online exams or proctoring is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously
