Position: Client Relations Specialist
Job Description:
- Making outbound calls
- Identify hot leads and cold leads.
- Convert hot leads into a potential lead.
- Providing a brief introduction about the product service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fresh or up to 06 months of experience
