Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at StreamlineREI. Your role will involve generating leads, identifying prospects, and building rapport with potential clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential leads promptly.
- Build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate the ability to overcome objections.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
- Hardworking and Consistent: A proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market: Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
