Job Summary:

As a Social Media Moderator, you will deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries using written and verbal communication. Your positive demeanor will provide excellent support, answering queries related to orders, products, services, and billing.

Job Description:

  • Oversee social media accounts management of our client company
  • Provide chat support on Social Media and moderate messaging with company goals
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
  • Maintain Service Level

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 – 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing is a Must
  • Previous experience in technology sales is a plus
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes
