Job Description

Devsfleet is a dynamic software development company. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive/Online Bidder to join our team at our Lahore, Pakistan office.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive/Online Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads on various platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other remote job platforms. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and hand over qualified leads to our senior business development managers and team leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for potential clients and projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Craft compelling proposals, bids, and pitches to attract potential clients.
  • Manage communication with clients, providing necessary information and clarifications.
  • Collaborate with senior business development managers and team leads to understand client requirements thoroughly.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and track activities in CRM software.
  • Work collaboratively with the onsite team and engage in regular meetings to align strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Online Bidder, or similar role in generating leads and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Upwork, LinkedIn, and other remote job platforms to identify and acquire leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools is a plus.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
