We help our clients with designing, developing, and deploying web-based software products for desktop and mobile platforms. We are located in Lahore, Pakistan.

Role Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team and assist with student recruitment and enrollment activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
• Referring prospective students to program directors for additional information
• Processing student registration and payment
• Communicating with applicants about their application status
• Responding to information requests
• Participating in info sessions if needed
• Other assigned duties

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication with diverse backgrounds
• Experience with international admissions and understanding of admission process for foreign students
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Customer service experience and commitment to providing excellent service
• Knowledge of education-related tasks and procedures
• Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Relevant experience in education or a related field is also beneficial for this role.
