Role Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team and assist with student recruitment and enrollment activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
- Referring prospective students to program directors for additional information
- Processing student registration and payment
- Communicating with applicants about their application status
- Responding to information requests
- Participating in info sessions if needed
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication with diverse backgrounds
- Experience with international admissions and understanding of admission process for foreign students
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer service experience and commitment to providing excellent service
- Knowledge of education-related tasks and procedures
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Relevant experience in education or a related field is also beneficial for this role.
