Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist based in Multan. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Information Technology skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Network Security knowledge and experience
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Experience working with Cisco network equipment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
