Job Description
Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager – Paints Division at Hadayat & Co. Head Office – Lahore, Pakistan. We at Hadayat & Co. are the sole distributors of Benjamin Moore Paints (USA) and AURA Paints in the region and are looking for a skilled team player to work with us in expanding our business horizons within the industry.
The ideal candidate will lead the paints division and develop initiatives to generate leads and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and should have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our reach within the paints industry.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing preferably.
- 5+ years of prior paints or highly relevant industry related business development experience.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
Salary Package:
An attractive salary package ranging between PKR 80,00/- to PKR 100,00/- (depending on qualifications and experience) will be offered to the ideal candidate along with relevant benefits and perks.
