Role Description:
This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or related field
