Job Description
- Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to identify key decision-makers and relevant business pain points.
- Leverage sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Microsoft Dynamics to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Use a consultative approach to engage prospects, identify their needs, and position our company’s solutions as a valuable resource.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, qualification, discovery, and handoff to your assigned Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities and effective communication with prospects.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company’s services, as well as the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through ongoing training and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, sales, or marketing preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Must Have:
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, adept at managing high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with influence over key stakeholders.
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market companies, understanding decision criteria.
- Analytical skills for data-driven sales strategies.
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, creativity.
- Fast learner, innovative thinker, technology enthusiast.
- Problem-solving ability, effective time management, adaptability.
- Attentive listener.
