Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sub Engineer at Habib Rafiq International located in Islamabad. The Sub Engineer will be responsible for:
- Assisting in project planning, design, and implementation
- Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with authorized specifications and requirements
- Preparing bill of quantities and estimates for construction projects
- Conducting site visits and inspections, and providing technical advice
- Maintaining project records and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering, project planning, and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Good knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as IEP or PEC, are a plus
