Job Description
Daleel Al-Sahraa freight forwarder company announces a job vacancy as a Freight Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Preferred to have shipping experience.
- Fluency in oral and written English required.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet system.
- Flexible working hours.
- Smart and cautious.
- Time management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Improve the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
Accommodation is available for foreigners. Salary range: $100-1200.
Residency will be handled by Daleel Al-Sahraa company. Minimum contract for two years with the possibility of extension.
