Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative with Titan BPO, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner. This is a full-time on-site role based in Rawalpindi.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal
- A courteous, empathetic, and patient demeanor when dealing with customers
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends if required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software/tools
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
