Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to join our team. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and training staff, overseeing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance and housekeeping services to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the resort.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with both guests and staff members on a daily basis.
