Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation to completion.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinating and leading project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Monitoring project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Reporting project status to key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
