Job Description
We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Executive, Flights to manage all flight reservations and ticketing. We are looking for an ideal candidate who can thrive under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
- Responding to customers’ requests and queries
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Flight bookings/cancellations
- Handling software like Global Distribution System (GDS) for flight reservations and cancellations
- Providing customers with a competitive flight experience, from registrations to bookings to issuing tickets
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in flight bookings or travel agencies
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) is preferred
