Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position aims to improve overall operational efficiency and brand communication by leveraging channels such as social media and emails. Responsibilities encompass conducting surveys for employees and clients, supervising training programs, developing technical product documents and social media content, providing help in recruitment, and hiring managers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create and edit company-related content such as product descriptions, marketing collateral, user manuals and guides, website content, company profiles, internal communications, and email campaigns, etc.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring online presence.
- Collect insights through surveys from clients, stakeholders, and employees concerning their experiences and expectations.
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training schedule for employees.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as product launches, conferences, promotional activities, staff picnics, and events.
- Stay abreast of digital communication trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and compelling content for various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capability to analyze communication and training effectiveness through data and feedback.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Willingness to adapt to changing organizational needs and industry trends.
