Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing procurement strategies. The Senior Procurement Executive will play a key role in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in procurement management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
2. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
4. Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
6. Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
7. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to track procurement budgets and expenses.
8. Evaluate and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions and quality issues.
9. Stay informed about regulations and standards related to medical equipment procurement and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Additional Skills:

1. Minimum 16 years of education from a recognized college or university with a major in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, with a focus on medical equipment procurement.
3. Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
