Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Agency92 located in Islamabad. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activity, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Business Development Officer will work closely with other teams within the company to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Analytical Skills, with a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities and analyzing market trends
- At least 2 Years of Experience in maturing the deals and leads.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in the IT and Creative Agency industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. The candidate should also demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary Package: Market Competitive + Commission per closing
