Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Peshawar. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in managing and training a team of sales officers. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with brands, generating new leads, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong team management and motivational skills
- Ability to successfully achieve sales targets and manage leads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field
