Job Description
Usmanco International, a Medical Devices Company, is seeking energetic professionals to join our market and sales coordination team nationwide.
The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between the head office team and the regional team, ensuring that all KPIs and targets are met as per the Annual Business Plan. They will also be responsible for coordinating sales teams, monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, preparing sales reports, and executing promotional tools and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales teams
- Assure sales reporting and advance monthly planning
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Prepare sales reports and data for presentation to the HOD
- Execute promotional tools
- Monitor marketing activities
- Organize scientific promotional programs for customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a sales-coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
