Job Description
A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new customers, selling products or services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They engage in sales activities such as prospecting, cold calling, and conducting sales presentations to potential customers.
The Sales Executive is expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. They should have a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations.
Additionally, a Sales Executive needs to possess excellent negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.
