Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Coordinator. The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the COO, overseeing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing office supplies and inventory. The Executive Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative or executive support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
