Founded in 2002 and located in Hayatabad, Peshawar, RMI is a 500+ bed hospital that has emerged as a premier healthcare institute in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day operations of human resources, which includes but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management. This role requires dealing with employee relations issues, coordinating with departmental heads, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in Pakistan.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and practices.
- Understanding of relevant labor laws.
- Knowledge of HR operation, training, and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus (not mandatory).
