Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals and driving the creative direction of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative and compelling creative ideas for marketing campaigns, branding, and various media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive brand identity across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously drive creative excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of delivering successful creative projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
