Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns that they may have, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or support
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Dedication to providing excellent customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Fluent in English and Urdu, both spoken and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
