Job Description
Assembly Talent is currently seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our strategic consulting team by providing data-driven insights and assisting with decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing data and trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and research skills, who can effectively translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and internal research to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in developing and refining business models, utilizing AI and offshoring strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
- Support the strategic planning process with accurate data analysis and well-structured arguments.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in AI, IT, and digital transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in consulting, strategy, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
