Position: Unit Head (Team Manager)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Head (Team Manager) responsible for managing and motivating a team of Takaful Sales Consultants in Hyderabad. The Unit Head (Team Manager) will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the performance and development of the team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Understanding of Takaful and insurance principles, regulations, and operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in Takaful or insurance sales
- Certification in Takaful or insurance sales would be beneficial
