Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor Quality Operations to ensure Product Quality and Reliability on Assembly line, by Implementing Quality Standards & Best Practices
- Designing and implementing quality control systems and procedures for testing, inspecting, and evaluating the reliability and performance of Products
- Collaborating with R & D, Production, Customer Care, Supplier & Other Team to identify and resolve quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Analyze Market Complain & In-Factory defects Data and prepare Reports on Quality Metrics, Trends, and improvement actions.
- Conducting audits and assessments of suppliers, processes, and products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Developing and updating quality documentation, such as quality manuals, SOPs, test plans, and specifications
- Providing training and guidance to quality staff and other employees on quality standards and best practices
QUALIFICATION:
- B.E (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical)
- Experience in Automotive Section will be preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
